The central feature of this layout is the beautiful dissectum maple, whose foliage takes on vibrant colours with the changing seasons. Surrounding the tree is a seating area with gravel paving, and an adjoining lotus flower pool lends a touch of exoticism to the whole. The perimeter of the site is bordered with a variety of plants: for shade (Ophiopogon, Hosta, Liriope, Hydrangea..), flowering ( Geranium, Rosa ‘Iceberg’, Clematis armandii, Malus ‘Red Sentinel’…). The old linden tree has a curved wooden bench built around its trunk, and a wood children’s playhouse underneath.
